Icehockey
Jeg så en ishockeykamp i dag. Det var rigtig spændende. Men gæsterne har vundet.

Ich habe heute ein Eishockeyspiel gesehen. Es war total spannend. Aber die Gäste haben gewonnen.
Back to school
Jeg har haft 2 moduler i dag. Det var godt.
I had only two lessons today. That was good to start with school again.
Ich habe heute nur 2 Module gehabt. Das war gut, um wieder mit der Schule anzufangen.

Jeg lavede nogen lektier i dag. I morgen skal jeg gå til skolen igen.

Half time
I dag er den halvedel af mit udvekslingsår forbi.
Today is half time of my exchange year.
Heute ist die Hälfte meines Austauschjahres. Ab jetzt könnt ihr die Tage rückwärts zählen. Es ist irgendwie komisch. Die Zeit, seit ich in Dänemark bin, ging so schnell vorbei. Ich habe viel erlebt und viel neues gelernt (über mich, über das Land, über das Leben…) Am Anfang hat man gar nicht realisiert, dass man die Familie wirklich ein Jahr nicht sehen wird. Es war mehr wie ein Urlaub. Mit dem Beginn der Schule bekommt man dann mit, dass alles real ist. Zu Wissen, das heute schon die Hälfte vorbei ist, ist schwer. Es macht glücklich und traurig zugleich. Traurig, weil man weiß, dass es irgendwann zu Ende sein wird. Glücklich, weil man weiß, dass das Ende noch sehr fern ist. Man kann noch so vieles erleben. Und wenn man dann nach Hause kommt, beginnt ein neuer Abschnitt im Leben. Ein Abschnitt in den man alle Erfahrungen aus diesem Jahr mitbringt. Die Guten und die Schlechten. Das Leben hält noch so viel bereit. Es gibt keinen Grund Vergangenem nachzutrauern. Man kann ab und zu mal mit einem Lächeln zurück blicken und sehen, was man schon erreicht hat oder was vielleicht schon zu Ende ist. Aber dann sollte man wieder nach vorne blicken. Und zwar nicht gleich um die nächste Ecke, sondern erst mal auf den nächsten Schritt. Man sollte den Weitblick nicht verlieren. Aber der Fokus liegt auf der nächsten Sekunde, Minute, Stunde, Tag, Woche, Monat. Viel weiter kann ich im Moment sowieso nicht planen. Da kann noch viel zu viel dazwischen kommen. Mein Plan für die nächsten Stunden ist Schlafen. Es ist nämlich schon ganz schön spät und morgen ist ein neuer Tag.

Last friday
I dag var sidste dagen fri før skolen starter igen.
Today was the last free day before the school starts again. There is only the weekend left. I relaxed a lot.
Heute war der letzte Ferientag. Es kommt noch das Wochenende und dann ist wieder Schule. Ich habe mich entspannt.
Christmas
The christmas in Denmark is a little bit different to the christmas in Germany. In Germany the christmas tree appears on the 24th of december. In Denmark we get our christmas already in the week before christmas. On the 23th of december we decorate the christmas tree.
On the 24th of december I usually go to the church in Germany and play the nativity play. In Denmark my family stay at home, while I am going to sing in the church with the choir.
In the evening we ate the typical danish christmas meal: Flaeskesteg, red cabbage, potatoes, red potatoes and brown souce. In germany we eat the typical christmas meal on the 25th of december. It is goose with red cabbage, potato dumplings and a souce.
After the christmas meal we ‚danced‘ around the christmas tree. It is more walking around the christmas tree and singing songs. In Germany my family is singing a lot of different christmas songs.
After singing we get our presents and open it with the family. In Denmark you open all your presents on the 24th. In Germany I open a lot of the presents on the 24th, but I have some left for the next days.
The next days are just watching a lot of movies and eating. But this year was also really relaxed, because my parents were ill. In Germany we are singing nearly every day til new year on the christmas tree. And the christmas days are a lot of family time.
We celebrated new year at frieds this year. We had a four-course menu. 6 o’clock we listened to the speech of the queen. Fireworks started already on the 24th. On new years it was more than the other days. In Germany we celebrate new year every year a little bit different.
